We have a simple mission
Make it easy for organisations to publish data to those that want it.
Why?
Before we built informally, we helped many different companies build thier own bespoke data publishing portals that seem very different on the surface, but at their core we realised were essentially the same, and we thought we have to make one single platform to make this simpler and easier and more powerful - like Shopify has done for e-commerce.
We've also seen companies struggle to repurpose BI tools, or regularly spend a significant amount of experts' time supplying their customers/partners/members with data via email, or over ftp or similar. We can also see that lots of companies are trying to publish their data via large data marketplaces where they struggle to build an audience or deliver the data to people in the way they want it.
